What is Overboard?

Overboard is an agent orchestrator for Claude Code that runs on your Mac. No cloud: every run is a real Claude Code session in your project folder, on the Claude Max or Pro plan you already have. Create departments, each with its own agents, goals and budget. A department's captain reviews the last runs on its schedule, decides what runs next, creates or edits agents, and only asks you when it is stuck. Videos, images and posts land on the run, ready to open. Scheduled agents give every project a night shift. Write the brief once (any prompt or slash command from any plugin you use: write a blog post, run social discovery, cut a demo video, run a security review) and pick when it runs: daily, weekly or every N hours, with an optional daytime window. A keep-awake menu stops the Mac from sleeping while agents work. Remote dispatch: message your Overboard bot on Telegram or Slack from your phone. A dispatcher session picks the right project, creates a one-off task, runs it and replies at each step. The board knows your projects, so it can send the right agent to the right folder, and an optional morning report summarises blockers, decisions and activity across all of them.
