We may offer free listings, paid review options, Select Batches, featured placements, sponsor placements, launch packages, newsletter mentions, and affiliate links.

We try to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your needs.

Tool descriptions, categories, pricing labels, platform labels, and availability may change. Users should verify important information directly on the tool owner’s official website before purchasing or relying on any product.

By submitting a tool, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate; you have the right to submit the product; you are not impersonating another person or company; your product does not violate applicable law; and any logos, screenshots, links, or assets you provide may be used by usemyai.pro for listing, review, launch, and promotional purposes.

We may approve, reject, edit, remove, or re-categorize listings at our discretion.

Select Batches are curated collections of selected products.

A Select Batch application fee covers review, curation, and processing. Selected products may be included in a public batch collection.

Selection is based on fit, quality, relevance, category, and editorial judgment. Submission or payment of an application fee does not automatically guarantee inclusion.

We may limit selected products, featured slots, sponsor slots, or batch visibility at our discretion.

usemyai.pro may offer paid options such as Featured Batch Placement, Batch Sponsor, Featured Launch, Growth Launch, Dominant Launch, newsletter sponsorships, and category sponsorships.

Paid placements are for visibility and presentation. They do not guarantee sales, clicks, users, rankings, investor interest, downloads, or revenue.

Sponsored or paid placements should be clearly labeled where appropriate. Paid placement does not mean the product is objectively the best tool in its category.

Some links on usemyai.pro may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if a user clicks a link and signs up, purchases, or completes another qualifying action.

Sponsored or featured placements may be subject to manual approval. If a product is not a fit, violates our rules, or cannot be safely listed, we may reject, remove, pause, or decline the placement without guaranteeing a refund.

Refunds are only considered for duplicate charges, failed captured payments, or if usemyai.pro cannot provide the purchased service. Payment does not guarantee traffic, users, sales, rankings, acceptance into a batch, or any specific commercial result. See our Refund Policy for more details.

If founder accounts, dashboards, or login features are provided, you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You must not share unauthorized access; impersonate another founder or company; submit false ownership claims; upload harmful, illegal, misleading, or infringing content; or attempt to bypass payment, ranking, review, or admin systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

usemyai.pro owns its website design, branding, copy, layouts, code, and platform content, except third-party logos, names, trademarks, screenshots, and product assets that belong to their respective owners.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks are used for identification and discovery purposes only.

If you believe your intellectual property is being used incorrectly, contact us for review.

Tool owners or authorized representatives may request corrections, updates, claim review, or removal of a listing.

We may ask for proof of ownership or authorization before making changes.
